Jim Shober began his real estate career in 1971 after graduating from Ursinus College. He is a Pennsylvania licensed broker and certified appraiser. He is the owner of 903 Appraisal Service and for 15 years was the owner of Shober Modular Homes. He also served on the Modular Home Manufacturers Advisory Council.
He is a member of the Pocono Mountain and Greater Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors.
Jim has an Honorable Discharge from the PA National Guard. He previously served on the Marian Catholic High School Board of Directors and currently serves on the Blue Mountain Health System Board of Directors and Finance Committee.
As a Certified Professional Ski Instructor and past member of the US Ski Race Coaches Association, Jim enjoys the winters in the Poconos, Utah and Colorado.
